Waste Sludge Incineration and Energy Recovery Facility Project Early Market Engagement (EME) Notice
The “Waste Management and Sewage Project – CTR1084” is financed under the Credit Facility Agreement (CFA) signed in 2023 between the General Directorate of Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration (ASAT) and Agence Française de Développement (AFD). Part of the financing is intended to be used for the ASAT/C1 – Waste Sludge Incineration and Energy Recovery Facility Project, one of the components of the Project.
Following the previous unsuccessful bidding procedure for the ASAT/C1 – Waste Sludge Incineration and Energy Recovery Facility Project, and before finalizing the new bidding documents and re-launching the bidding procedure, ASAT General Directorate is conducting an Early Market Engagement (EME) process to obtain non-binding technical feedback from interested companies.
The Early Market Engagement (EME) is not a procurement or pre-qualification procedure. Participation in the EME does not create any commitment on the part of the Employer, nor does it provide participants with any advantage or disadvantage in any future bidding procedure. The EME is conducted solely for the purpose of obtaining feedback to improve the bidding documents.
